Francisco Novoa is an associate in the firm's West Palm Beach office. Mr. Novoa served in the United States Navy from 1990-1996 and was assigned to the Los Angeles class submarine, USS Albany (SSN-753). Following his enlistment in the Navy, Mr. Novoa graduated Magna Cum Laude from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachleors Degree in Criminal Justice and a minor in Psychology. Mr. Novoa attended St. Thomas University School of Law and graduated in May 2004. While attending St. Thomas, he was involved with the Student Bar Association, was a member of the St. Thomas Law Review, and he was President of the International Moot Court Board. In his free time, he enjoys playing tennis, reading and spending time with family.
